Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 220 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The position includes the following tasks:

As a swimming pool water technician, you are responsible for the operation, control, and maintenance of swimming pool water facilities. You ensure that the water quality meets all applicable legal requirements and contributes to a safe and pleasant environment for visitors. The role involves both practical work and technical problem-solving, as well as administrative follow-up in close collaboration with operational staff and suppliers.

Your tasks

  • Monitor and adjust water quality according to laws and guidelines.
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of pumps, filters, and dosing systems.
  • Conduct sampling and document results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the facility.
  • Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in swimming pool water treatment or similar technical systems.
  • Has knowledge of water chemistry and hygiene requirements.
  • Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
  • Has good collaboration skills and enjoys varied tasks.
  • Has experience working in digital systems for case management and property monitoring systems.
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required.
